My name is Selma Araujo ,a Brazilian entrepreneur and chef. With over 20 years of culinary experience in Brazil, I specialize in catering for office events and private parties. I have served companies with up to 700 daily employees, gaining extensive expertise in the gastronomic field. Creating unique and unconventional menus is my passion. I am the founder of JBurgers, where I combined my love for cooking with Jack Daniels to create a menu infused with this iconic whiskey . Additionally, I am proud to be a co-founder of 99Chef, a venture dedicated to enhancing the gastronomic experience for countless individuals, bringing together the best that food has to offer. I am truly passionate about enjoying great food and drink, and I strive to provide unique experiences, from traditional dishes to aphrodisiac-inspired menus. On the 5th of November, I had guests at my home and wanted to provide them with a unique dining experience. I turned to 99chef and, luckily, I came across Selma, an amazing Brazilian chef. We enjoyed a Brazilian barbecue and delicious Brazilian beans, and all my guests absolutely loved it. I can’t recommend Selma enough.”

I booked Selma (99 chef) for my daughter’s birthday party.

She recommended the J Burger menu. It’s a great idea for a party event as she creates delicious mini burgers that are easy to eat.

She also has a great dessert menu, like milkshakes and cakes.

I also felt she was very easy going and helpful, she didn’t only cook and clean, but also helped with organising and serving. Great value.
